Storage and access
Messages are stored in this website’s hosting database and can be reviewed by authorised site operators through private hosting controls. They are not published on this website. The form does not send an automatic email notification or confirmation email. We retain correspondence for handling the request and related follow-up; you can request deletion through the privacy option in the contact form.
Spam protection and cookies
The form uses a short-lived, essential security cookie for each open form and a one-use form token, both expiring after 30 minutes. We use a daily-changing hashed network identifier for request limits; the form does not store your full IP address or browser user-agent. Temporary security records expire and are cleared during later form activity, normally within 48 hours. Our hosting provider also processes network requests to operate and secure the website. These safeguards reduce abuse but cannot prevent every automated message.
Analytics
Where the contact form displays a Cloudflare Turnstile check, Cloudflare processes browser and device signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
